Wow...freedom feels great....all 5 1/2 hrs of it so far...lmaooo

Have a great night everyone

WHAT A NICE DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He apparently came over to use the phone (the nitwit pressed the wrong button on his) so he came over to use the phone to call verison (pre-payed thing) Roomie tried to calm him down a bit.....and he told her pretty much to "mind your own fu***** business, I was already pissed when I got here because my sister was supposed to leave $20.00 in the mail box for me...I'm about tired of that sh** too...thats her JOB so you just shut up......well roomie told him don't speak to me like that in my house....It's not your house it's my sisters house....she told him ...well I live here with your sister so its my house too...and he got more pissed off and left......so she called me at work to let me know all this because he told her,If I get my hands on another phone I'm calling her...BLAH BLAH BLAH.....Today he wanted to know with the Holiday if he would get paid on the 3rd I said prolly...well im going to need 150.00 to go to the Dr. Again......last time this jackass pulled this I didn't get a reciept...so that will not be happening....again.....so much drama on a nice day....sigh

SAD DAY YESTERDAY

Was a sad day yesterday, We lost two icons...What really makes me sad tho is Michael Jackson's death has over shadowed Farrah's.......

Thursday, June 25, 2009

OK OK OK...THAT EARLIER POST WAS....

actually meant for yesterday...it is cooler today but not by much.......was 94 yesterday....and VERY VERY VERY humid.....blech.....
Well any way today at work consisted of a 4 hour class for our "WHITE BELT" training....what that is ..is RPS Rockwell process system.....much to my chagrin I really enjoyed it..what we learned was how to improve process' and eliminate "waste" (not tat kind....sheesh) well any way we spent 4 hours.....making paper boxes......following specific directions.....doing it the way it was set when we came in...to see how the process flows and what needed to be improved...what could be eliminated...was kinda neat. Made it a hecktic day when we got back to the department because we still need to get our work done...they did provide breakfast and lunch too!! They know food motivates...lol.

Then I got home and got another..yes another....overdraft notice I have no clue where I went wrong with the check book but damn.....4th one this year.....$25 bucks a pop....(one free a year) I am still trying to track things down.....(&^&%#$%$&^&*&*&*&*^%$%#$^^&%#@#%$).

Brother #2 wanted $20..00 for summerfest....pain in the butt....his birthday is July 5th...he will prolly wany more money for that....he got tickets to see kid rock... and earth wind and fire $29.00 a pop...which is not bad. I myself will not go to summerfest because it is WAY to crowded and WAY to many drunks and stupid people there.....Summerfest is the worlds largest music festival, held here every year.http://summerfest.com/flash/#

I was last there in 2005 when brother #1 came and before that.....1996.....has to be someone I REALLY want to see before I go....lol and preferably on a free stage...lol.....

Well have a great night everyone!!

WOULD SOMEONE PLEEEEEEEEEASE .....

Tell WHOMEVER is in charge of weather.........WISCONSIN is NOT a TROPICAL state!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SAY WHAT!?!?!?!?!?!?

Ok Today at work....I guess 2 people went home because of they ran out of parts......and groupleader "A" said..ok.....WITHOUT checking with groupleader "B" and "C" if they had any work for these 2 workers......excuse me there were 3 of them....(one does have a bad hand so she is excused)......so groupleader "B" see's them go home...and is like 'WHAT!?!?!?!?" I am swamped over here so G/L "B" goes over and asked hey why didn't you ask anybody if they needed help BEFORE sending these people home?!?!?!? (like we are SUPPOSED to do) G/L "A" says I didnt hink it was my call.....so around rolls lunch......and we are all sitting outside smoking..and of course talking...and they all explained themselves...(I was not apart of this particular argument)
Well a few hours later Boss shows up pulls G/L "C" aside and says something to her and she comes back by me mad because G/L "A" said BLAH BLAH BLAH to boss (and I use the term "BOSS" loosely...cough)WELL come break time.....we discovered "BOSS" (cough) didn't listen when G/L "A" went in to talk to him....and well you know how things go...well we (they) got it all worked out.......because we have worked together for so long we do talk things out alot...I can't wait to get a new "BOSS" one and a half more weeks and we will....thank good ness this guy wasn't bad but....and I have had worse..We get a new one every 6 months....(young pups going through some rotation of some sorts) So we are used to it...
O hope everone has a great night...weater is hot hot hot humid humid humid!! YUCK!

I KNEW THIS WOULD HAPPEN..I JUST KNEW IT...

I KNEW IT I KNEW IT...the weather.......-20 one day....800 the next......sheesh......not to mention the humidity.......dang....started Thursday night...BAD WICKED thunderstorms...Friday had thunderstorms to but not quite as wicked...( I was cowering under my covers for a bit ) Roomie said the boys were scared to death...poor guys....Friday was also the worst for the humidity. The air was so thick...yuck. Today was hot but the humidity was not as bad.and there was a great coolish breeze, unlike yesterday when the air didn't move.. Brother #2 called at about 8:45 this am and said "oh I take it you ain't working today?" I said no...and he said ok and hung up....(what the purpose of hanging up is I have yet to figure out...expects me to call back maybe...LOL...not....so a few minutes later he calls back...how late is your bank open till... I said noon.....can you get me $100??? I said ok...I will be on my way soon..Went to the bank to get Brother #2 his money....according to him he lost $40.00..( right buddy and I'm Miss America....and I have ocean front property in Arizona......and a large bridge to sell.....PFFFFFFFFFFFFT!!!!) he wanted me to see about getting him a "fair hearing" for this badger care stuff...I directed him to roomie..she is the expert on all this stuff I am not. Well poor guy wanted her to explain it in a few seconds cause that's all he had left on his phone (he has a pay as you go thing (?) and hung up.....or cut off one of the two...lol ( OH...brb..phone....ok...guess what It was him..."you still got a bus pass???" I said yep.....can I use it?? I said you can have it...good can you leave it in the mail box....I said sure...lol.
Tigey got a new set of stairs today..Mom bought a set when she moved in here..to assist him to get onto the bed by himself....(one legged ya know) and the one stair finally gave out..kinda, so Mom got him a new set. I'm going to see if I can brace the other set with some wood or something.... and have that set up in my room....lol.

Well hope you all have a great rest of the weekend!

I got this and I hope this link works..it was to beautiful not to share

OH THE DRAMA...........AGAIN......AGAIN .......AGAIN.....

Oh the drama..will it ever end???? Please can someone answer? You guessed it Brother #2...Called me at work again...even tho he has been told REPEATEDLY not to do so....and asked me if I had another copy of that application for Badger care....."Why" I innocently asked. Because I got this letter in the mail saying I will have to pay a "deductible" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (DUH) See Brother #2 wants medical care ..but he does NOT want to pay for it....wants it all for free....I have tried to explain this to him...roomie has tried to explain this to him....in the past till we are BLUE he just simply cannot get it through his head.....So I went over to his house to try and calm him down a bit...no use there. He told me screw it I''l just go back to heroin... (ummmmm no...I have your money ....foool.....grrrrr) so after a bit I did manage to calm him a bit..and then he says well so and so is on disability and he gets everything free (I'm quite sure that's NOT true) and there isn't anything wrong with them......( I'm sure that's not true also) So roomie is going to check things out for him....Oh I JUST got IM"ED from brother#1!! for fun here it is....

2009 DARWIN AWARDS...LMAOOO

The Darwin's are out for 2009!

The Darwin Awards

Yes, it's that magical time of year again when the Darwin Awards are bestowed, honoring the least evolved among us.
Here is the glorious winner:

1. When his .38 caliber revolver failed to fire at his intended victim during a hold-up in Long Beach, California would-be robber James Elliot did something that can only inspire wonder. He peered down the barrel and tried the trigger again. This time it worked.
And now, the honorable mentions:

2. The chef at a hotel in Switzerland lost a finger in a meat cutting machine and after a little shopping around, submitted a claim to his insurance company. The company expecting negligence sent out one of its men to have a look for himself. He tried the machine and he also lost a finger. The chef's claim was approved.

3. A man who shoveled snow for an hour to clear a space for his car during a blizzard in Chicago returned with his vehicle to find a woman had taken the space. Understandably, he shot her.4. After stopping for drinks at an illegal bar, a Zimbabwean bus driver found that the 20 mental patients he was supposed to be transporting from Harare to Bulawayo had escaped. Not wanting to admit his incompetence, the driver went to a nearby bus stop and offered everyone waiting there a free ride. He then delivered the passengers to the mental hospital, telling the staff that the patients were very excitable and prone to bizarre fantasies. The deception wasn't discovered for 3 days.

4. An American teenager was in the hospital recovering from serious head wounds received from an oncoming train. When asked how he received the injuries, the lad told police that he was simply trying to see how close he could get his head to a moving train before he was hit.

5. A man walked into a Louisiana Circle-K, put a $20 bill on the counter, and asked for change. When the clerk opened the cash drawer, the man pulled a gun and asked for all the cash in the register, which the clerk promptly provided. The man took the cash from the clerk and fled, leaving the $20 bill on the counter. The total amount of cash he got from the drawer... $15. [If someone points a gun at you and gives you money, is a crime committed?]

6. Seems an Arkansas guy wanted some beer pretty badly. He decided that he'd just throw a cinder block through a liquor store window, grab some booze, and run. So he lifted the cinder block and heaved it over his head at the window. The cinder block bounced back and hit the would-be thief on the head, knocking him unconscious. The liquor store window was made of Plexiglas. The whole event was caught on videotape.(I actally saw the vidio to this...funny stuff)

7. As a female shopper exited a New York convenience store, a man grabbed her purse and ran. The clerk called 911 immediately, and the woman was able to give them a detailed description of the snatcher. Within minutes, the police apprehended the snatcher. They put him in the car and drove back to the store. The thief was then taken out of the car and told to stand there for a positive ID. To which he replied, "Yes, officer, that's her. That's the lady I stole the purse from."

8. The Ann Arbor News crime column reported that a man walked into a Burger King in Ypsilanti, Michigan at 5 A.M., flashed a gun, and demanded cash. The clerk turned him down because he said he couldn't open the cash register without a food order. When the man ordered onion rings, the clerk said they weren't available for breakfast. The man, frustrated, walked away. [*A 5-STAR STUPIDITY AWARD WINNER]

9. When a man attempted to siphon gasoline from a motor home parked on a Seattle street, he got much more than he bargained for. Police arrived at the scene to find a very sick man curled up next to a motor home near spilled sewage. A police spokesman said that the man admitted to trying to steal gasoline, but he plugged his siphon hose into the motor home's sewage tank by mistake. The owner of the vehicle declined to press charges saying that it was the best laugh he'd ever had. (careful out there Jack...lol)

A SUNDAY FUNNY...

A young woman on a flight from Ireland asked the priest beside her, 'Father, may I ask a favor? Of course child. What can I do for you?

Well, I bought an expensive woman's electric hair dryer for my Mother's birthday that is unopened and well over the Customs limits, and I'm afraid they'll confiscate it. Is there any way you could carry it through Customs for me? Under your robes perhaps?

I would love to help you, dear, but I must warn you: I will not lie.

With your honest face, Father, no one will question you.

When they got to Customs, she let the priest go ahead of her. The official asked, 'Father, do you have anything to declare?'

'From the top of my head down to my waist, I have nothing to declare.' The official thought this answer strange, so he asked, 'And what do you have to declare from your waist to the floor? 'I have a marvelous instrument designed to be used on a woman, but which is, to date, unused.'

Roaring with laughter, the official said,

'Go ahead, Father. Next!'

LOL...TO FUNNY

(I was not a child of the 50's..........just so you know...lol)

When I was a child in the 1950s the bathing suit for themature figure was boned, trussed and reinforced, not somuch sewn as engineered. They were built to hold back and uplift and they did a good job. Today's stretch fabricsare designed for the prepubescent girl with a figure carvedfrom a potato chip.

The mature woman has a choice -- she can either go up frontto the maternity department and try on a floral suit with askirt, coming away looking like a hippopotamus who escaped from Disney's Fantasia or she can wander around everyrun-of-the-mill department store trying to make a sensible choice from what amounts to a designer range of fluorescentrubber bands.

What choice did I have? I wandered around, made my sensible choice and entered the chamber of horrors known as thefitting room. The first thing I noticed was the extraordinary tensile strength of the stretch material. The lycra used in bathing costumes was developed, I believe, byNASA to launch small rockets from a slingshot, which givesthe added bonus that if you manage to actually lower yourself into one, you are protected from shark attacks –as any shark taking a swipe at your passing midriff would immediately suffer whiplash.

I fought my way into the bathing suit, but as I twanged the shoulder strap in place, I gasped in horror -- my boobs had disappeared! Eventually, I found one boob cowering under myleft armpit. It took a while to find the other. At last I located it flattened beside my seventh rib. The problem is that modern bathing suits have no bra cups. The mature woman is meant to wear her boobs spread acrossher chest like a speed bump. I realigned my speed bump and lurched toward the mirror to take a full view assessment.

The bathing suit fit all right, but unfortunately it onlyf it those bits of me willing to stay inside it. The rest ofme oozed out rebelliously from top, bottom, and sides. I looked like a lump of play dough wearing undersized clingwrap. As I tried to work out where all those extra bits hadcome from, the prepubescent sales girl popped her headthrough the curtain, 'Oh, there you are,' she said, admiring the bathing suit. I replied that I wasn't so sure and asked what else she had to show me.

I tried on a cream crinkled one that made me look like a lump of maskingtape, and a floral two piece which gave the appearance of an oversized napkin in a serving ring. I struggled into a pair of leopard skin bathers with ragged frills and came out looking like Tarzan's Jane, pregnant with triplets and having a rough day. I tried on a black number with a midriff and looked like a jellyfish in mourning. I tried on a bright pink model with such a high cut leg, I thought I would have to wax my eyebrows to wear them. Finally, I found a suit that fit ... a two-piece affairwith a shorts style bottom and a loose blouse-type top. It was cheap, comfortable, and bulge-friendly, so I bought it.

My ridiculous search had a successful outcome, I figured. When I got home, I found a label which read –'Material might become transparent in water.' So, if you happen to be on the beach or near any other body of water this year and I'm there too, I'll be the one in cut off jeans and a T-shirt!

You'd better be laughing or rolling on the floor by this time.

'Life isn't about how to survive the storm, but howto dance in the rain.'

MY FRIEND RETIRED TODAY.....

My friend Dennis retired today, had a great party at the "pub" of choice..Steny's....man we are a loud bunch...almost got a head ache...lol and there was no music going..just people trying to talk over each other...I saw a few people I haven't seen in a long time..had to call a couple guy's sassy brats...lol...they weren't sassy but I call them that anyway...beer and pizza were served...free beer of course...I drank soda...We were happy he had the party planned for today instead of yesterday.....because yesterday there was a horrible shooting across the street, two police officers were shot..they are critically injured..they stopped a young man for routine stop..and they guy just turned aound and shot them...(one officer was 21 and the other was 26) they never even had a chance to reach for their guns. they did catch him hiding in someone's basement...he probably could have been killed too...he realized he forgot to lock his basement and when he went back to do so..it was locked....he had been working in the yard I guess and he had to run an errand, and he went o go lock the basement..cops of course were verywhere and asking questions so when he found his basement door locked he went and told them.(the shooter was on a bicycle) They got him out in an hour.
I wonder what is wrong with people nowadays....so quick to shoot...whatever happened to just beating the heck outta someone????? Not that that's any better but dang...alot better than just shooting someone. Very sad...it was in a safe(r) neighborhood too..not one where you would expect this kind of thing to happen...I guess lots of people came to the aid of the officers..a UPS guy tried to follow the shooter so they had some idea of where he went.....cops were going door to door....just a shame...

hope you have a great rest of the week.

Enjoy. Take time to read the very last sentence.

Enjoy. Take time to read the very last sentence.

A two minute read... As I was walking down life's highway many years ago,
I came upon a sign that read Heaven's Grocery Store.

When I got a little closer the doors swung open wide
And when I came to myself I was standing inside.

I saw a host of angels.
They were standing everywhere
One handed me a basket and said "My child shop with care."

Everything a human needed was in that grocery store
And what you could not carry you could come back for more

First I got some Patience.
Love was in that same row.

Further down was Understanding,
you need that everywhere you go.

I got a box or two of Wisdom and Faith a bag or two.
And Charity of course I would need some of that too.

I couldn't miss Some Faith It was all over the place.
And then some Strength and Courage to help me run this race.

My basket was getting full
but I remembered I needed Grace,

And then I chose Salvation for Salvation was for free
I tried to get enough of that to do for you and me.

Then I started to the counter to pay my grocery bill,
For I thought I had everything to do the Masters will.

As I went up the aisle I saw Prayer and put that in,
For I knew when I stepped outside

I would run into sin.

Peace and Joy were plentiful,
the last things on the shelf.

Song and Praise were hanging near so
I just helped myself.

Then I said to the angel
"Now how much do I owe?"
He smiled and said "Just take them everywhere you go."

Again I asked "Really now, How much do I owe?" "My child" he said,

"God paid your bill a long long time ago."

I WENT TO THE HARLEY DAVIDSON MUSEUM

BIG CROWD AT THE 100TH...^^^^
I got to tour the Harley Davidson Museum yesterday with the technical science club at work! WOW.is the best way to describe it....facinating..even if you are not a big motorcycle fan or enthusiast. It still would be worth the "go see" just the history in the place is incredible! All 103 + years worth!! They have Elvis' first Harley he bought after his record deal....OOOOOOOOOOOOO
They have a "replica" (one of only 3 (or 4) replica's in the place) of the bike from "EASY RIDER" with Peter Fonda....the original was destroyed (according to our guide) Did you know Peter Fonda got permanently injured shoulders from riding that motorcycle?!?!?!? From the "monkey bar" handlebars. (I didn't know that what those kind of handle bars were called). They also have another famous motorcycle to but I forget what movie it is from..lol. They have the leather jackets from alot of the motor cycle movies too. Including THE TERMINATOR! lol.
Did you know...............Harley-Davidson also made golf carts for a while?...seriously!!! I did not know this!!
Did you know..................Harley- Davidson also made speed boats for a while?? seriously!!!!
I did not know this!!! They bought a fiberglass company that made boats in Tomahawk
Wisconsin...
Did you know....Milwaukee Police department was NOT the first police department to use Harley-Davidson's for the police force???? It was Detroit and Pittsburgh!!!
Loads and loads of neat things to be seen and learned there...I have some pictures that I took while I was there and as soon as I figure out how to get them out of my new digital camera I will post them! I really want to go back and spend more time so I can look at EVERY display and EVERY piece of history.
Only 2 bikes are displayed behind glass....all the others are out in the open....can't touch them but.. and they have all kinds of interactive touch screen thingy's. I was with our technical science club from work so we had a great guided tour and we didn't have to much time after to look around before we went to the restaurant to eat..OH yea..they have a great restaurant too called Motor (BBQ pork sandwich ........WAY good)...I unfortunately had the chicken club......also WAY good..I didn't get the BBQ pork because the BBQ sauce USUALLY over powers the pork and the bun and what ever else it gets near....but...OMG!!! My friend Rhonda let me taste the meat......was sooooooo good the sauce was so mild you could still taste the pork! reasonably priced too.
Unfortunately..It was the "END" of our science club too...We could not find any one to help sponsor us so we had to disband the club....very sad,It was a fun club to belong to,did some neat things.....Got to cruise on the SV Dennis Sulivan......toured through Miller Park......toured through the sewerage plant....(amazingly aslo very interesting......where they make "mil-organite>>>LOL) Had some interesting speakers.....our company is aslo 100+ years old and we had one of the historians come and speak to us about the history of Allen-Bradley....I think he could have talked for 2 hours and I don't hink not a one of us would have cared...lol.
Well getting late for me...have a great night everyone!
