PLEASE TELL ME I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHO DID NOT KNOW THIS!?!

I can't believe it's been there all this time.

I had to go into the kitchen and check this out for myself.

Whoever looks at the end of your aluminum foil box?

You know when you try to pull some foil out and the roll comes out of the box.

Then you have to put the roll back in the box and start over..

The darn roll always comes out at the wrong time.

Well, I would like to share this with you.

Yesterday I went to throw out an empty Reynolds foil box and

for some reason I turned it,

and looked at the end of the box.

And written on the end it said, Press here to lock end.

Right there on the end of the box is a tab to lock the roll in place.

How long has this little locking tab been there?

I then looked at a generic brand of aluminum foil and it had one, too.

I then looked at a box of Saran wrap and it had one too!

I can't count the number of times the Saran wrap roll has jumped out,

when I was trying to cover something up.I'm sharing this with my friends.

I hope I'm not the only person that didn't know about this.

IT'S SATURDAY NIGHT AND I AIN'T.......

Oh.please forgive the singing......lol....it's ok tho I never sing out loud...I whisper sing...safer that way....anyway..it's Saturday.. I did food shopping today..could not get much but we won't starve..AAAAANNNNDDDD guess what else......it's SNOWING....GRRRRRRRRRRR ...well not actual snow yet but that sleety stuff that you can hear click against your windows.....MY POOR TULIPS!! It's spring for Pete's sake!! And depending on what channel you watch...I have no idea how much we will get...one station says 1 to 2 inches another says 2 to 6 inches.....yet another say 6 to 9 inches.....(?) I think I like the staion that said 1-2 inches...

Brother #2 now wants "KID ROCK" tickets...he will be here for summerfest...on July 5th..I'll see how expesive those are...sheesh....I want I want I want....and he wants them NOW. If he had a theme song it would be "I WANT IT ALL" By Queen......lol..He was to see Nickleback a few weeks ago..

The two cutie pies up top are Tygie and Floyd...My roomies adorable cat's..Floyd is the "talker" all day long..he likes to tell stories..(not always the truth either....lol) Tygie is the sweetheart...he can sometimes be damanding but dang he is so cute how can you say no....especially when he looks at you like...well.......you know...'THE LOOK'....lol

STOP KILLING DA-BOY...OH MY GOOD NESSS...

Well after raking leaves and cleaning up the front yard a bit...my sweet neighbors helped and took my leaves and stuff to the dump..along with theirs...my arms are a bit sore but, I think I'll live to rake another day..lol..I hate yard work.
After that Me and roomie decided it was time for the boys yearly shaving.....well..Tygey's anyway...well I have no idea WHAT he decided to grow on himself when he grew his hair (fur) (?) back......his clippers would not even go threw it!!!was kinda like wool...lol so we had to torture the poor boy for a bit and we did it with the scissors he doesn't care to get brushed anymore so he gets all matted....being the long haired King and all....and OMG! the dander...WOW!!! So boy got his first bath........roomie did that in the tub with door closed..closes off some escape routes..lol I heard it...Floyd was concerned till he heard him MEOW really loud...and took off for parts unknown....apparently thought he was next...lol...I can imagine what was going through poor tygies head.....AUNTIE MEL!!!!!!!!!! AUNTIE MEL...CALL P.E.T.A...A.S.P.C.A SOMEBODY...HELP!!!!!!! MEOW.....MEOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!! He is resting by the heater now....I'm sure in time he will forgive us.....we did give him treats when it was over..some freeze dried shrimp.....yum to him smelly for us...lol
and he said...OK I forgive you......sorta.

OMG!! Barbie has a tattoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The children will be scarred for life!!...lol
and everyone KNOWS Barbie is not in love with Ken!!! She loves G.I. Joe....thinks Ken is a wimp...lol...so why she got Ken tattooed on her back end I may never know...well anyway.....has anybody seen that lysol commercial??.......you know the one with the public bathroom that is so filthy a dog would not go in it?? I understand the mom going in there with the little girl(personally I would have left and told her to hold it..).......now mind you I have no children so.....but........isn't she old enough to go potty by herself???? Why is "MOM" still escorting her at home??

A WONDERFUL SPRING FEELING DAY.....

Today was what I like to call a "teaser" day...was a great day..58 degrees!! Sunshine..wooo hooo! Took a half day off work..Went and applied for a part time job..my regular job is kinda slow and they are talking 4 day weeks. I have worked two jobs before..for almost 2 years.till we started working 10 hr days plus 6 on Saturday and 6 on Sunday...we did that for a month....had to give up second one for that reason..I tried to keep it but..was just to much.

Lots of Harley riders were out today enjoying the weather and the first rides of the season. I treated myself to lunch today..had a fish fry...was good but not the best fish fry I have had,but...got the fish fry crave outta me...lol.

One of our cats is sometimes a pain in the butt...he is the sweetest thing to ever hit the face of the earth...but ......dang does he have to lay RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE REFRIGERATOR DOOR?!?!?!?! In the way when you have to get in it...and then has the NERVE to act like...well how dare you disturb ME. Dang cat..the other one..LOVES to play "BIRDIE"..you know the stick with the string and the feathers on the end....

MORE DRAMA FROM BROTHER #2

Well....I now know what it's like to be a "Mom" When the principal calls.....from school and says you child is being bad...or whatever.....I got a call from Dr's Denture Systems.....(my brother had his teeth taken care of there...pulled and new ones made)
The poor lady in the office just wasn't quite sure what to do so she calls me a t work, and tells me that he has been calling there threatening to come and throw his teeth...(they look good and fit right) He THOUGHT he could get his money back if he got himself on title 19....no..don't work that way...well any way she calls me up and I told her that I would speak to him and also if he continued to call to call the police...So I had gotten him a list of Dr's and so when I got home I called him up and told him I was home and when he came in the door...I said...By the way..NO MORE TEMPER TANTRUMS AT THE DENTIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You should have seen the look on his face....LMAOO..I know what he was trying to do..get his money back and not tell me about it... I'm not that bright but I ain't that stupid either...(he seems to think he is out 390.00 now(?) which is the balance of what he owes) I said..You have a great looking set of teeth...that YOU paid for.......(he said.....But but but...) I said no more!!!! But they told me if I got on title 19.......I said no it don't work like that....you should have waited till you got on title 19 then..but you had to have your teeth...not pay for them and expect them to falsify their books...52 year old man having a temper tantrum.....WHY ME?!?!?....OH yea I agreed to this....
