GUESS WHAT!?!?!?!?!?

I AM EMPLOYED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am soooooo happy!  It is very part time 2 days a week 3 hours a day ! But it is better than nothing!

And...They will be checking out getting me into the assisted living facility they also have! 

I start Feb 11th!!!!

HAPPY FEBRUARY!!

OK....I am one day off.  but I figure by the time one of you read this it will be~ Not much going on around here  I did pass my CBRF classes!  WOOT! 

Brother #2 is making me crazy.....I wonder if he is doing this on purpose? well anyway...some one stole his debit card and figured out his pin number (so he says...I think he had it written on the back.......But that's just my opinion) and spent all his money...he did get the card reissued.....So then he met this "LADY"  she is his age..and he says she is real nice (No not boyfriend /girlfriend...just friends) he gave her his new card...and she takes care of his money (!??) this is according to him.......I did question him about it but, he is stupid....whatever........and he has hookers hanging around his house.....today......he brings me his phone....."I can't get it off vibrate.....can you fix it?  I'll try...nope no idea how to do it....and I did try.......calls me up 10:30 pm...."call me back I want to see if it works".......I call him back........nope no ringer...I told him to quit playing with it for the night or it will make him crazy(ier)  he said ok......5 min later ;"could you call me back one more time?" ok..nope...he said now it isn't doing anything..... GRRRR   WHY ME?!?!?!?!
the weather here has been interesting.....NO.....It has been FRICKEN COLD!!!!!!!!    -15 WITH WIND CHILLS OF -45!!! to cold for my taste!

Any way  just checking in......Not much going on here other than IT IS FREAKEN COLD OUT!!!!!!!!

I start CBRF training week of Jan 13 can't wait!! If I get that  (I have no doubt I will) I will be able to work in assisted living.

I hope 2014 is better than 2013 for all of us!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving with their families! I spent mine alone..... I know sad right....It's OK...I did try to call Brother #2 but he didn't answer his phone......to bad for him!!

The sweet potatoes were an "experiment"  turned out pretty good if I do say so myself!!  sweet potatoes fresh pineapple....cinnamon...nutmeg...butter and almonds on the top....I did put a few to many almonds on but....was still pretty good! I will be eating them for days tho.....same with the broccoli and cauliflower!!

OH!!!!!!! ALMOST FORGOT!!!!!!  

I PASSED THE CERTIFICATION TEST!!!!!!!

OK I AM STILL ALIVE AND KICKING......

I am still here!!   I FINALLY got through clinical training..third time the charm I guess.....Did my 4 day clinicals at Milwaukee Catholic Home  LOVED it!! Now I wait to take the certification test on the 21st..not worried to much for the written part...I worry about the skills portion....I always worry I will forget something critical...5 skills in 30 min is a lot of pressure..lol and the way you learn to do things in school are nowhere near what they do in the real world!

Well Brother #2 is still making me crazy..his latest   He was "burglarized" a month or so ago...took his meat out of his freezer...and the wires for his surround sound....and..(gasp) a gallon of milk...NOW he can't leave his home because someone(?) is trying to take over his house....No idea what that means....Today is Brother #1's birthday!! 

My unemployment ran out.....Oh Joy!  

well that's whats up im my world....sigh

WELL THAT WAS DIFFERENT...

Well..I completed the "classroom" portion of CNA training......Had one day of clinicals....and promptly got sick.....so Now I have to wait.......Till Tuesday....IF I am feeling better...which I doubt.... because I feel Like I have been run over by a steam roller......On top of that I will need a flu shot for this class....and They won't give you one if you are sick.....so I might have to wait anther two weeks........ sheesh.....My Unemployment runs out sometime this month.......oh well...401K here I come...sheesh....

OK..IT HAS B.EEN A LONG WHILE SO....

OK...Yes i am still alive and kicking.........why I have no idea....back in school for C.N.A.  this time........There is a lot of hand washing...more so than C.M.A. (or so it seems)....knock on door,introduce yourself,explain what you are going to do,wash hands, do task,(pulse) wash hands record......If old people are that coated with germs I don't want to be a Nursing assistant!!!!!!  LOL. anyway I started on the 27 of August and will finish on October 2 or so...take the test(s) on the 18th......then I hope I can get CBRF training also.....for free again....my C.N.A training was also free......if not I will have to take the classes one at a time and figure out how to pay for them...I don't think they are that expensive....Its only a week worth of classes...(so I can work in assisted living or hospital...still working on a C.M.A job) hospital at least I can get my foot in the door.....very intense training..120 hrs...We learned how to get the patient up to sitting position and stand them and give them their walker or cane today...tomorrow...we learn transfer from bed to wheelchair ......
Brother #1 is still here visiting....I saw him twice.....hopefully I will get to see him again before he leaves.
